“The staff damaged the brand new floor boards on my stairs massive obvious chips plus scrapped the wooden boards in my hallway. Didn’t turn on the washing machine I had to pull the heavy machine out myself to turn it on. They also didn’t fix the washing machine waste properly I had to do it myself after the whole cupboard flooded. I paid extra for install but was disappointed with their work.”
“This is the second time I have been asked to review this product. The problem is I haven't received it yet. I was sent numerous e-mails and notifications telling me it would be delivered last Monday. The driver rang me to advise he was 30 minutes away. Arrives and the Dryer had not been loaded at the depot in Sydney. Deliveries come to Canberra out of Sydney once a week so hopefully they load it up next Monday. I'm confident the dryer is a great product that's why I ordered it.”
