“Washing machine arrived with an extremely bad dent.
We did not even need to unwrap the appliance to see the damage. Contacted Appliance Central and they offered an $80 damage credit !!! For a dishwasher that cost almost $600 !!! I declined that offer so they came back with an offer of $120 damage credit. There was NO offer to replace the washing machine, which I still needed. I declined the $120 offer as there was no way to tell if the damage was going to affect the operation of the appliance. They replayed with minimal details saying the washing machine would be collected on Monday. NO CONFORMATION ON A REFUND !!!! I have still not gotten a solid response on when my money will be refunded. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THIS COMPANY!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
I will be taking this matter to Fair Trading of my money is not refunded as soon as the washing machine is collected.”
