“I went on Fluval one website and clicked on the product number shown for nozzle that fits their Flex 123l aquarium and it took me to this product at Aquapet. However, the nozzle I got doesn’t fit their Flex Flex 123l, only the smaller models. So not sure where this went wrong but I have two of these nozzles now that I can’t use. Was so happy I’d found the right one so I bought two.. It’s not a big cost but impossible to find this replacement part it seems. Thanks”

“The product was perfect which is more than I can say for your communication strategy. Despite two separate e-mails to you I failed on both occasions not just to get a satisfactory response - I received absolutely no reply at all. I still need the tubing as enquired about in the e-mail. Disappointed.”
