“Love the design and the quality. Item arrived within 3 days of ordering and was simple to build however our tortoise discovered that it could climb onto the roof of the enclosed area. The kids have been on tortoise watch to find out how he does it but as suspected he behaves when we are watching!!! As an interim measure I have attached a couple of binder climbs to keep the enclosed area ajar to keep the roof slightly open. This seems to have solved the problem for the moment!”
