“I bought two of these to convert to small bike panniers. The canvas is of good quality but not waterproof. The flap fastening is not quite the best, but for the price, it's OK; the internal divisions were a pain to remove to load the maximum volume, which I estimate at about 4.75 liters. They are an excellent buy; I can recommend them.”
