“If your looking to truss your Superduty dana 60 this one will do it i used it on my 06 Superduty and everything worked out great with very little modification. I did cut all the cast off the axle anyway for my MJ but it worked out great ordered the front hydro steering brace as well”
“I recently installed this truss on a 91 ford high pinion kingpin axle. It fit the axle absolutely perfectly in all regards. The radius matched the curvature of the axle tubes perfectly and it sat right up against the factory welds on the inner-cs. I did zero grinding to make the truss fit the axle. The pieces all index into each other well too. This is a very well engineered piece that went together perfectly. I think the price is good too considering how much time youd spend trying to build your own truss and it probably wouldnt be as strong. Highly recommend”
“When it comes to adding weight I only like to do it where I feel it is necessary. Since I get airborne in my jeep from time to time I felt having a nice truss to hold things together was necessary. I actually rotated a housing inside the pumpkin once. This thing is beefy. Note I tacked it all together in place but when putting it back on after the final weld I had to use a ratchet strap to get the center section closer to the axle housing. I am not a welder by trade so I am sure there is a better way to do it. Product is awesome. No complaints.”
