“0ur Off-Beat Eastern Hokkaido Bike Tour was a great experience. Our English-speaking guide & organiser looked after us so well, adjusting the route according to weather & traffic conditions and the wishes of the group. The e-bikes were light & manoeuvrable, with a reassuring range and adequate power and gears for the steeper ascents. Our bike mechanic/van driver adjusted seats and handlebars to maximise rider comfort, and assisted installation for those who had brought their own kit. The route was a good mix of coastal, mountainous and rural scenery, with some off-bike hikes and inspections. Meals and accommodation were mostly satisfactory, and often in picturesque locations.”
