“It is a easy ride with only small hils. We chose the 5 day ride from Porto to Obidos with transfer to Lisbon. Alot of the ride is on bike paths, but you do ride on the side of some roads. Generally the roads are quiet except when near main towns. GPS worked well and we also had the phone app which we think sometimes worked better especially near the main towns. Just use both. Accomodations were fine. Rode at the end of Sept. - weather not to hot, and I think the crowds were less. The phone app also has restaurant suggestions and suggestions for things to see on your daily routes. Would recommend as a part of your Portugal visit.”
