“I used this marinade last weekend and have to say the results do not disappoint. I soaked my brisket overnight and put a light dusting of Cattleman's Grill 8 Second Ride Carne Asada rub on before smoking. Very tasty brisket. I will absolutely order more of this marinade!”

“First time I've tried this brisket bath. I did Chef Tom's chipotle flank steak with Chef Eric's blue smoked slaw. The flavor of the brined flank steak was fantastic. Earthy, smoky, very full but not overpowering the meat, even with the rub. We were so impressed with it, I'm going to brine my next brisket with it. Normally I go very basic with a brisket using primarily a salt and pepper based rub. But I can't wait to brine one in this brisket bath! A little pricey, that's my only gripe.”
