“Was entering a BBQ competition and our cooking trailer neeeded a good knive, as always i turned to Victorinox. They are great knives with a great handle, they hold and edge and are not so hard yu have to work at keeping them sharp.”

“This is great slicing knife. I used it on pastrami but I’m sure it will be great for ribs etc. The right tool for the job works best and you can’t beat this blade.”

“Love this knife. Works well on roasts and large cuts of meat. Also good for slicing thin cuts of salmon.”

“This is another great Victorinox knife. It goes through roasts like butter, as well as cutting up ribs and briskets. It is very easy to sharpen, (when that time ever comes, holds an edge forever). I highly recommend this knife.”
