“Was looking for a good filet knife that doesn't break he bank. This is a GREAT knife. The handle is definitely feels cheaper than more expensive options but this knife cuts as well as more expensive options”

“This a great knife that is very sharp and comfortable in my hand. Actually bought this one for a friend. Had mine for a year or so. All things BBQ is a wonderful place to quickly get the best cooking equipment and ingredients that local stores do not have. And the recipes, most informative videos and writeups around.”

“I have used this knife to trim brisket and pork shoulder. It was impressive. Trimmed these meats in no time. Better than an knife I have trimmed with. I had considered buying upper level knives but as good as this one is, I don't see a need. I will buy more victorinox products after this”
