“I bought this based on a "Chef" Tom video recipe for a rotisserie chicken. It is used as an injection, not as a marinade. You filter out the solids so that it is injectable and then you put the solids under the skin. Great result.”

“Have used twice to marinade Sirloin Steak for Kabobs and both times the results were fantastic. Before grilling add Cattleman's Tri-Tip and enjoy!”
