Holy Cow was this easy and Wow was it good!!! I use this to make pizza in my new Camp Chef Woodwind wifi 24 with Sidekick Pizza Oven. This dough worked perfectly!

Made pizza and focaccia bread using this flour and Saf instant yeast. So far cant beat this combo for flavor and ease of making a pizza. The dough stretches with ease and holds it shape. Made a make shift pizza oven with my propane BBQ grill, fire brick and a pizza stone. The results were outstanding. I have purchased this flour 3 times already and will continue to use as my pizza dough flour.

We have a couple of great pizza dough recipes for all the best. Detroit, Neopolitan, Grandma pie, and even a superb sourdough. I finally perfected pizza dough when I found this stuff.

1 bag made 4 doughs, Made 2 pies, 2 focaccia breads. Found that this flour had more flavor then AP flour. Will purchase again.

The last pizza flour I will ever need. We use it with a good sourdough starter/leaven to make the best sourdough crust ever made!!!
