The Briner is the ultimate brining companion. This bucket comes in three sizes: the 3.5 quart perfect for family size portions, pork chops or medallions, the 8 quart is perfect for whole chickens and chicken quarters and the 22 quart will easily hold your holiday turkey. The thing that makes the briner so great is the built-in plastic plate that slides down and locks in place to hold whatever you are brining below the liquid. No more stacking your good plates into a bucket and hoping it stays. The Briner is manufactured from food grade, BPA free plastic. Also, available as a set of three for all your cooking needs. Love thr briner bucket. I use it for thawing meat more than brining. The adjustable plate inside makes it easy to fully submerge the meat and frees up the sink. Just change it out every 30 mins.

Did a great job keeping my Thanksgiving turkey submerged. A good heavy duty brining bag may still be compatible with the lid - works for me, made cleanup a breeze.

I haven't had a chance to use these yet, but that's not necessary to see how great they are going to work. This is one of those brilliant items you look at and wonder "Why didn't I think of that!".

The briner buckets were a success. I was able to brine 2 12 pound turkeys in the bucket . I was smoking 4 turkeys . So I saved a lot of room in my fridge because I only had to use 2 buckets . Glad I bought them
