“Our first chicken we smoked, after using Chef Tom’s poultry brining recipe, in the Brining Bucket was absolutely amazing! So juicy and flavorful. Truly a step for making the best meats a must.”

“Now, don't get mad at me, but my wife saw this and had me purchase it for her. She is a cheesemaker and this fits her needs to brine some of her WONDERFUL cheeses. We now have both sizes of Briner Buckets.”

“Used this item on Chef Tom's pulled pork taco recipe, the results were better-than-expected, with excellent first-time use experience, I would highly recommend this product the others.”
