“My 4 year old Yoder was getting some rust splats. I decided to sand it down and give it a refresh. Finished version turned out great. No runs and it now looks like a new Yoder!”

“The paint went on easy and looks very good. I didn’t have any runs. Pretty much did a complete sand down to get rid of old rusty spots and then repainted. Used several coats and about 3 1/2 cans.”

“My YS640S wasn't inexpensive. I've been working hard to keep the unit in good shape by keeping the outside clean and using the recommended ACF-50 on the exterior several times per year, keep it covered and out of the rain/snow. Even with this effort, after the first year the unit had quite a bit of rust on it. Per the instructions I broke out the sandpaper and touchup paint and got to (even more) work. The small can of paint that came with the unit didn't get the job done so I ordered more. The good news is that my grill looks great again but I'd imagine this will be something that is necessary on a regular basis. A word of caution; I masked over my serial number badge with painters tape and the tape totally removed the ink from the plate.”
