“Sweet and a little spice. You definitely get the honey notes coming through. You don't "feel" the heat. After you eat for a bit, you get a slight tingly sensation on lips and back of throat. I love it on chicken, but plan to try some on ribs as well. Watch your heat because the sugars will blacken. I have used on grill (indirect) and in smoker. Will definitely be picking up more.”
