“This would be the first thing I would recommend to someone getting a Yoder smoker. This is a game changer. It made cleaning up the pellet ash so much easier. Rather than having to pull out the whole distributor plate, you can open the plate and clean it out very simply. Plus with grilling you can have an open flame sear as well easily. I would recommend this product as the first thing to get for an upgrade.”

“Fantastic new design! The two piece door allows for open searing and high temp cooking, and the gussets on the access door keep it from bending and warping over time like the older design did!!! Great product!!”

“I am very pleased with this upgrade to the smoker. Just for the simple act of cleaning the fire box alone. I don't know if I will be using it for grilling, I have a BGE for that.”
