“Had lost my original probe and had to order a new one. So glad it wasn’t a knock off one. Matched the original one as I hoped for.”

“Accurate, works with Fireboard Spark. Required if you want constant temperature readings to show up in the Fireboard app as a session. Keep in mind that temperature readings with this external probe is not instant.”

“I bought this probe to round out my set. I now have enough probes to deck out the FireBoard controller on the Yoder, the Fireboard 2 and the new Spark. Every one of my probes has been spot on (the ice water test is great) and has been super reliable on 20+ hour cooks. I would definitely consider myself a FireBoard fanboy at this point.”
