“I wanted to buy a blackstone griddle but didn't want another appliance in the back yard. I found this gem as a accessory for my yoder 640s. WOW so convenient. It's not junk, it's heavy duty. I have a grill with the grill plates a griddle with the cast iron griddle accessory and a smoker all in one. Couldn't be more happier with the performance.”

“The Yoder Cast Iron Griddle is a QUALITY ASSESSORY for my 640S! The flat surface is very even for keeping at an equal depth of oil under and around the meat while cooking!! Grilling our 1 & 1/2 inch steaks on the griddle has been a huge improvemnt for maintaining surface temperatures in a pellet grill; and with great out comes in searing and carmelizing the steak surfaces.
