“Used the brine and rub on a turkey smoked at our youngest son's home for Thanksgiving then again at our house with the rest of the family for Christmas. Both times nothing but compliments on the flavor and taste. I added an injection of sage, thyme, and butter making this a hit with everyone. Highly recommend using this combo in the future.”

“Used this brine this Christmas and the turkey turned out great. Everyone commented on the great flavor. There was not any leftovers for later snacks. Great product and will be used again on the next turkey.”
