“If you are not from TX, you'll think you are tasting brisket with a very liberal dose of this rub. I use it on brisket, ribs, pork butt, and even chicken! It helps put a great bark on the meat and the flavor says TEXAS.”

“I have stayed away from this rub because it simply looked like it was a bottle of salt & pepper. I decided to give it a try and was extremely surprised at the flavors, it is way more than just salt and pepper. I can’t wait to put it on a brisket!”
