“I’m converted! I used to have a different go-to “all purpose” rub, but after trying it on everything I eat, so far, this wins out! The game changer was using it on my wild game, lol! Thanks pit master Pitman!”

“Matt Pitman, the founder of Meat Church, brags that the Gospel All-Purpose BBQ rub produces the best color in BBQ on his YouTube channel, and you know what? I think he's probably right (although Malcolm Reed's The BBQ Rub is up there as well). And like Macolm, The Gospel provides a nice beautiful red color for your meats once they sweat that also benefit from not being too salty, so they combine well as either the bottom or top layer of a combination rub (for example, AP and this, or a Garlic Jalapeno and this). It's a great rub, well balanced, flavorful, and not too sweet and not very salty at all. One of the best all purporse rubs out there.”

“Being from TX I live a short way from Matt Pittman...his product s are great. I use all of his seasonings.”
