“This is probably my favorite Meat Church rub, and that's saying something, since they produce a lot of excellent products. It is a cajun rub, but it's not overly spicy or salty (though it is salt forward, as Matt Pittman might say). It is excellent on poultry and ribs. It's one of the rubs I keep restocking. Highly recommended.”
