“I used this flour to make pizzas for a friend who suffers from Celiac disease. She said it was the best GF crust she had ever had, and had no symptoms that day or after. Note, it contains wheat starch, but no gluten, so if you eat GF flour due to wheat allergies, might look for other options.”
