“I have never used GrillGrate before so I didn't know what to expect. I cooked a ribeye steak using sous vide and then put it on the flat side of a smokin' hot GrillGrate. The Maillard reaction was wonderful. I obtained the perfect sear and the flavor was superb. Based on this one-time result, I know I will use the GrillGrate for other foods.”

“Grill grates take anything to a new level. The grate temperature gets really high, helping with the convection effect already created by the fans. Close the lid and the steaks will cook quickly. Flip the grates over for smash burgers, breakfast etc. I’ve been using grill grates for years on a Weber gas grill that’s 30 years old.”
