“I like Blues Hog products but have always been surprised at just how sweet and syrupy their original sauce is. I know they are a competition team, and I respect that, but that flavor profile isn't for us. However, this championship blend is quite good. I use it in a 50/50 blend with Championship blend and Blues Hog Tennessee Red (an excellent sauce in its own right) and have had rave reviews from the past two big cooks I've hosted here. I even had multiple families ask me what the BBQ sauce was, and even ask for the website. I linked them to ATBBQ, and told them it was a 50/50 mix of Championship Blend and Tennessee Red. You will not regret this combo, and it may be a game changer for your cooks. It has been for mine...”
