“This rack is a big improvement over the wire beer can rack. Although it's a bit pricy the quality is good and well thought out. The beer can holder screws into the pan which makes removing the roasted chicken easier than the wire rack. The pan is deep and holds the chicken so it won't fall over, and all the juice and drippings are contained in the pan. The pan is easy to clean by unscrewing the can holder and placing it in the dishwasher. This is the way to go if you like beer can chickens.”

“Great little Beer Can Roaster rack. All very sturdily built, can/reservoir is removable for easy cleaning. Tray is large enough to catch/contain most of the drippings, so you get a double steam.”

“I really like this product. Its’ excellent structure for its primary use is awesome! The stainless construction makes for ease in cleaning. It also helps more evenly smoke other smaller items by allowing the protein to be leaned up against the “can”. The depth of the tray makes that happen. Great product!”
