“This rub is truly all purpose. It has a special affinity for eggs, fried, scrambled, and yes, even deviled. In fact, I suspect that if you buttered your pancakes and used this instead of (or with! ) syrup you would appreciate the savory treat!”

“If I had to have only one rub for all my smoking needs, this would be the one. Great blend of salt and pepper with some garlic and other greatness.”

“Hands down my favorite rub - love the flavors and textures. I use this in conjunction with my other favorite rubs to give bark that extra crunch. Kudos to Chef Tom on such a brilliant creation!”

“Just did NY Strip Steaks with this seasoning. Incredible texture and crust! The flavor is to die for as well. By far the best steak seasoning I have had. Can’t wait to try it on some other dishes as well!”
