“I kept seeing Chef Tom using this in a lot of his recipes and figured I would give it a try. It really is as good as he says - like for real! It's not very spicy, having just enough kick to notice while adding a little bit of a tangy vinegar flavor profile. I've been enjoying it as a garnish more than an ingredient - it does a great job of elevating anything from smoked brisket to tacos without over powering the other flavors in the dish. My only complaint is that I wished I could get it in bigger bottles, I've tapped out 2 of these small bottles so far and am into a 3rd already.”

“So much more great of flavor, want more heat? Add more. The vin You know those brands. I thought about going 4 stare, inly because you cant buy in bulk.”
