“Jacobsen is a good sea salt company. However, the Tellicherry peppercorns I recently ordered were kind of stale. Not very aromatic, which is the whole wonderful characteristic of Tellicherry pepper. To be fair, they tasted better than Williams Sonoma, where the ones on the shelf were tasteless and had a date of 2011. There may be a problem accessing Tellicherry pepper as it is hard to find.”

“Put this in a grinder and throw away all your other black pepper. These are top notch peppercorns.”
