The Briner is the ultimate brining companion. This bucket comes in three sizes: the 3.5 quart perfect for family size portions, pork chops or medallions, the 8 quart is perfect for whole chickens and chicken quarters and the 22 quart will easily hold your holiday turkey. The thing that makes the briner so great is the built-in plastic plate that slides down and locks in place to hold whatever you are brining below the liquid. No more stacking your good plates into a bucket and hoping it stays. The Briner is manufactured from food grade, BPA free plastic. Also, available as a set of three for all your cooking needs. I will use this with smaller batches I just brined four large pork chops last night and everything turned out perfect. This easily fits in the fridge. This is a great addition to your cooking utensils. I highly recommend it.

I like to use zip top bags for a lot of brining and marinading and still will for some applications, but I love these briner buckets. Less plastic bags being used and the function is simple and efficient. They’re now a staple in my kitchen.
