“Brining is a great way to tenderize tougher cuts of meat and to put flavor through the entire cut. After experimenting with various brine recipes and using this brine, it is now my go to brine. The grind is fine enough to get good penetration into the meat and the flavor is not overwhelming. It is has worked especially well for tougher cuts of elk and deer.”
