“Purchased this kit to make our Christmas Turkey and followed Chef Tom's 'Classic Holiday Turkey' recipe. My family all MELTED with disbelief of how amazing this turkey made out. "This is the best turkey I've ever had". I put my sister (who is a chef) to shame. Matter of fact, she was so upset at how good it was, she refused to talk. My brother-in-law couldn't stop about it. He wanted links, recipes, etc... Then he got yelled at by my sister... HAHA! You did it Chef Tom! This is amazing! This turkey was almost gone that night... Normally it lasts a few days and made into soup, sandwiches, etc. But this didn't last that long. I've already ordered 2 more to make more and freeze them.”
