“Quality is on-point with the rest of the FireBoard lineup. I know it seems like a lot of money, but the way I approached it is that I have a significant investment in my FireBoards and probes - I like that I have these easy-to-clean protective cases (that are easy to find in the BBQ tools drawer) to store the probes when not using them. I've had several other thermometer/probe systems in the past, and the thing I always found odd was that none of them came with (or seemed to have an option) for probe storage/management. Invariably, probe wires ended up getting tangled and every time I would pull them out for a long cook it was a huge hassle. Having these silicone pouches helps me reinforce good habits when I store my probes and makes sure that when I need them they are easy to get to and not all tangled up.”
