This is a game changer for pizza. Already had a ys640. Pizza turned out better than the ooni I have.

First try my dough was too wet so it was a mess. However I saved a clam, mushroom, and bacon in Whitesauce. Excellent! Day 2 wings amazing; pizza excellent

The price is right! Compared to the $2000-$7000 pizza ovens, this is a steal! The pizzas come out incredibly competitive to the Napoli pizzas. This is outstanding.

First, it is a great addition to my 640. At first appearance it seems well built and will last, the top handles make it easy to move, but it is heavy. So I am not going to talk about temps front to back etc, this is an open oven and common sense dictates here, there will be a variety of temps, and all ovens like this experience it. So this does heat up with the lid open but I found it does not get as hot as expected with the lid open. We used this on a 50-degree night. The lid needs to be closed to get to the 600+ temps. we made pizza which turned out well, and a lasagna which was excellent and the speed it cooked was quicker than a conventional oven. the only drawback that I have with this is the height of the opening. it would be nicer to have it taller to make some loaves of bread. Also, they advertise the top of this as a cooking surface, after the first cook I was cleaning the top and ran a plastic vacuum hose over the powder coat and it left marks on the coat. Based on this I would assume that if I use a skillet cast iron or otherwise it would scratch the hell out of the surface, all in all, I would say that this is a worthwhile purchase if you enjoy cooking outdoors.

Yoder Wood Fired Oven - The pizza oven is amazing. Super quick shipping, no setup whatsoever. Just place it in the smoker and start it up. Pizza in 2 minutes, what's not to like.
