“These beans are creamy, very tasty and not starchy at all. They are delicious with ham hocks, onions & garlic. Highly recommended.”

“I’ve now cooked them two ways - in a 7 bean soup from scratch mix as a main dish and for Southern Lima Beans in Butter & Milk Sauce (true comfort food) as a side with fried ham steaks and corn bread … both dishes using these dried beans, instead of quicker frozen baby limas, were excellent … do not overcook as they will suddenly disintegrate (my bad not paying attention) … they have a great rounded taste and have a meaty texture … a tad pricey, but they are great dried beans that I’ll order again - worth the time and every penny!”
