“I have worked in engineering departments most of my life so I recognise great engineering when I see it. The PK 360 has been well thought out. From the all aluminum cast rust proof construction to the lower vent controls at the front of the grill, so much more convinent. The molded in hinge for the lid. The air flow vents that give you excellent air control. You have a grill, a smoker and a flat top griddle all in one unit. This unit has really improved my cooking. The same items that I cooked before on other grill are now so much better. I use an image of my PK 360 as my home screen so I can see it every time I open my computer. LOVE THIS GRILL.”
