“Ordered my refills and their system had a glitch and I wasnt receiving the refills. I contacted customer service via email and they quickly got back to me to send me my refills. I got a notice saying they were delivered but I still hadn't got them. Got ahold of customer service again and got another package sent out. So thankful they were able to fix the problem because I've never used a better razor before! The first time a razor has not given me razor burn and still got a very close shave!”
