They have A+ customer service, quick response time despite unprecedented times (which is an added bonus because of course no one would expect a prompt reply in the middle of a pandemic), their blades are affordable and SHARP..idk what their secret is but these blades offer precision and extremely close shave with no nicks or razor burn, EVER. Also, they're super easy to rise off without shaving cream and hairs getting trapped between the blades. I hate razors that have those added conditioning bars because they leave the cartridge all gunky, but I have sensitive skin that is easily irritated, so a smooth glide is crucial.
