“I love the idea of candles and things that smell wonderful, but I'm often disappointed. I just can't handle (can-ndle? ;) things that smell like a typical perfume or basically anything you would find in the candle aisle at a grocery store. They all give me a headache, and, for the most part, smell horrible to me. I went through the process of returning four different candles to Amazon; they came from different companies and all had amazing reviews... I truly thought I would love each one. I know people have very different tastes, but this sent is gentle enough to feel natural while complex enough to feel worldly and luxurious. It's really hard to explain, but I have already ordered a second one of these for myself and one for a friend because I love this fragrance so much! The description (Plum Nectar, Pink Peppercorn, Cedar) is really spot on in a way that I didn't expect. It is so hard to explain the nuances of an amazing scent like this. A little spicy and woodsy but with a beautiful floral? tone. Not quite fruity but I think Plum nectar is a good description. I've already asked them to make other products with this sent; sometimes I will get a little bit of the wet wax and rub it on my wrists like perfume. I really want this scent all over!
