“Overall I’m happy I’m here! The customer service is absolutely amazing and the razors are beautiful both themselves and their packaging! The price is amazing too and the customizability of blade frequency is perfect. However, there are a few things that I’d like to mention. Shipping was slower than I was expecting. I ordered July 5th (it shipped July 7th so it may just be a carrier issue) and received July 16th. It could be worse! Something I thought was odd was that they put the manufacturing date on the bottom of their shaving cream without indicating that’s what the date is, but customer service was quick to respond to my inquiry! As far as the razor itself, it’s built very well! There is space between blades to insure hair doesn’t clog it. The handle is a nice weight and is easy to not lose grip of. The blade stays on the handle. The magnet holds the razor on the wall nicely. I don’t get the smoothest shave in the world, there’s some slightly uncomfortable tugging (even in a warm shower with shaving cream and using various levels of pressure as well as different angels) but nothing unbearable. I didn’t get razor burn after use, which makes the tugging something I can deal with. I had stubble the next morning but that’s normal for me. Definitely give it a shot if you’re on the fence!”
