“So far, I love this razor! I got such a close shave with no nicks.
I used dollar shave club for awhile but their handles kept breaking where it holds the blades.
I have also tried flamingo and Harrys. Both are not even close to being as good as Athena”

“I've been a member of Dollar Shave Club for years.....or, I had accidentally had my subscription on auto-ship and it sent me a ton of replacement razors and since I shave *maybe* once a week, that back-up stash wasn't going down very quickly at all.
I was ordering the All Day Deo and thought, why not. I had been planning to use up my stash of DSC first, but I'm SO glad I ordered the Razor Kit. I'm kind of kicking myself that I didn't just do it sooner. The shave is MUCH closer than the blades by DSC. The handle feels nice and weighty in my hand, very luxe. The edges surrounding the razor have some kind of smoothing gel (?) that just makes shaving SO easy. No razor burn. No ingrown hairs. I'm getting MUCH smoother and staying smoother for longer, which is incredible. I will probably forever be an Athena Club subscriber!”
