“Really slow shipping to the point where I immediately canceled my replacement heads, as they were set to ship out just a few days after I received my initial razor kit. I understand shipping may be delayed at times like this, but the color I ordered was apparently on back order and they did not notify me. I didn’t have a real preference as to color, just chose one that was in stock to get it ASAP. When I reached out about the fact it hadn’t even shipped about two weeks after ordering, I was told that the warehouse server was down but my order was already on the way and the tracking info would be updated once the problem was fixed. However, the FedEx information contradicted that, so I felt that CS must have been dishonest with me. The razor itself has been a really smooth shave, so I’m considering staying. I’d like to see how they hold up after a few shaves before deciding whether or not to switch to a different razor subscription.”
