But the customer service team jumped right on it, they replied within the hour of me sending an email. No questions asked replaced my order and went ahead and skipped my upcoming order for me since it was almost time for my next shipment. The replacement order came super quick and the team was very pleasant to deal with.
Then I popped open the gorgeous packaging and hopped in the shower. Oh my was that first use smooth! Everything came as it was expected and the quality of the razor is top of the line. I kept looking at the razor because it didn’t drag across my skin like other products so it really didn’t feel like I was shaving which speaks volumes because I am not above paying good price for good quality, this product is above and beyond. I stepped out the shower and I was soft and cuddly everywhere. So far I am a super happy camper!”
