“We received a faulty speaker in a pair, I notified the company and they apologised for the inconvenience and immediately actioned a exchange, next day I received my new pair and had the old pair collected, really happy with this service and the quality of the speakers! Also appreciate the customer service, really shows a serious company who care about their customers! Would 100% use again.”
