“For an adult with ADHD, this is nice but Calm and Clear - which has a much more immediate and obvuous effect (does what it claims for neurotypical and ND fam members) might be more effective, for this person's ADHD type. Not sure we're seeing results with Focus essence, yet. May need a longer period to review (it's been about 2 weeks so far). Worth a try. The spray is nice - again, not as potent as say - Space Clearing mist.”

“I have been using this essence since the 1990s.‐ it has always been of excellent benefit to my day, clearing my head when feeling foggy and.especially when serious matters have to be considered. A wonderful product.”
