“I enjoy using Trout Hunter Tippets, both fluorocarbon and monofilament. It’s priced well compared to other quality tippets. Best of all it is not waxy so knots seat well and don’t slip. So no need to be using some fancy knot that takes 5 minutes to tie. A standard clinch knot or whatever knot you tie will seat just fine. I also haven’t had any issues with it going opaque if stored for a long time. This has happened to me with other brands of tippet. In sizes that I don’t use a lot of.”
