“I ordered a product from this company. The order was acknowledged immediately and I was told that I would receive advice when it was despatched. After six days of hearing nothing, I enquired if it had been sent. No reply. I waited a further four days and enquired again if it had been sent. No reply. I waited a further few days and in the absence of any communication, I lodged a complaint with PayPal and another message was sent to Aussie Veterans Coffee. Unbelievably, there was still no reply. I cannot recall ever having had worse service from any online company. I cannot recommend Aussie Veteran's Coffee to anyone and will certainly never trust them with an order of coffee.”
