“Using this with the Ecobud Gentoo Fluoride & Chlorine Glass Jug. Says to fill and empty 2-3 times before use but even after the 3rd black powder was still seeping into my water. It's not an extreme amount but enough to be slightly concerned if there is a fault with my filter. I have now been using this for approx 2 weeks and black powder is still building up at the bottom of the jug which I am really hoping is not making the water harmful. It does give the water quite a different taste to tap water or using a Brita filter (which didn't remove fluoride).”
